I made a will, but lived in another state. Now I live in Florida. What should I do?
If you made a will when you lived in another state, when you get to Florida, you should consider updating that will with a Florida attorney. Oftentimes, the execution of that will can be different, and there’s different rules in the other states, and if it’s been more than a few years since you executed that will, the law may have changed and your decisions as to what was in that will may have also changed. It’s always best to consider updating it and you want to contact an attorney to find out what they recommend as well.
