Miriam Yabor is a Real Estate Paralegal at Goodwin Law, where she plays an integral role in managing real estate transactions from initial review through closing. She works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties to ensure each file is handled efficiently and professionally, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating key details, and helping keep every step of the process on track. Her focus is on creating a smooth, well-organized closing experience for everyone involved.
Miriam brings several years of experience in the real estate and title industry, with a background that spans legal support, escrow, and real estate operations. Prior to joining Goodwin Law, she worked in a similar role with Sunbelt Title, where she spent three years handling real estate transactions and developing a strong foundation in title and closing processes.
Earlier in her career, she held a leadership role with a real estate brokerage, serving as Chief Financial Officer and overseeing financial strategy and operations. This combination of legal, title, and financial experience allows her to approach transactions with a broader perspective and a strong understanding of how each piece fits together.
Known for her proactive communication and problem-solving mindset, Miriam takes pride in keeping clients informed at every stage of the process. She focuses on breaking down complex concepts into clear, understandable terms so clients feel confident and supported throughout their transaction. Miriam studied at Florida International University and continues to build on her experience within the real estate and legal industries.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Miriam values the diversity and strong sense of community that shaped her upbringing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, walking along the beach, and being with family and friends. She is also passionate about gardening and caring for her three rescue pitbulls, which she describes as loyal, loving, and often misunderstood companions.
