Patty Nichini
Real Estate Paralegal
Patty Nichini is a Paralegal at Goodwin Law, where she coordinates residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. She works closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to keep each transaction moving efficiently while addressing title concerns, clearing clouds on title, and ensuring that all necessary documentation—such as payoffs, lien searches, and HOA estoppels—is obtained and properly handled.
Patty brings a diverse, well-rounded professional background to her role, with experience across real estate, title insurance, and corporate environments. She began her real estate career as a property manager in 2009 and later worked with Coldwell Banker before transitioning to title insurance, where she has focused since 2020. Her earlier career included roles at KPMG, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen in human resources and recruiting, as well as consulting and involvement in launching a nonprofit initiative supporting benefit outreach for low-income seniors.
Across these roles, she has developed a reputation as a practical problem solver—often stepping into situations that require building systems, resolving complications, or bringing order to complex processes.
In her current role, Patty is known for her organized, proactive approach and her commitment to keeping transactions on track. She works ahead whenever possible, communicates consistently, and maintains a steady focus on preventing closings from being delayed by title or coordination issues. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her ability to navigate challenges efficiently while collaborating closely with her team to deliver a smooth, timely closing experience.
Patty earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Susquehanna University. She holds real estate licenses in Pennsylvania and Florida (currently in escrow), is a Florida Notary Public, and became a Florida Licensed Title Insurance Agent in 2025.
Originally from Holmdel, New Jersey, and Upper Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, Patty now enjoys life in Southwest Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys walking on the beach, gardening, visiting the Naples Botanical Gardens, attending the theater, playing Mahjong, and traveling. She is also active in her sorority’s alumni chapter.
